　　自動橋式汽車采樣裝置是適應煤炭、冶金、化工、電力、港口等行業，針對汽車進廠原料進行自動采樣而專門設計生產的，整套系統工作過程可實現自動進行樣品采集、制樣、縮分和集樣。其形式可分為BLCYO型橋式汽車采樣裝置和BLCYM型門式汽車采樣裝置，根據現場和用戶要求，可選擇理想的配置。

　　采樣頭升降主要有：液壓驅動、鏈條驅動、電動絞車驅動、齒條齒輪驅動等形式

　　結構形式有：單跨單車、單跨雙車等形式

　　工作流程／Work process

　　采樣機到達預定采樣點后，行走機構自動鎖緊，啟動采制樣系統，并由上下進給裝置驅動進至預設煤層深處開始采樣，集料斗門關閉，達到采樣深度后，采樣頭回至上部極限位置，小車行走至放料點，物料放入集料斗內（重復以上步驟2次）三點采樣完成，大車行走至放料原點，集料斗自動開啟，煤樣經過輸送機輸送至制樣單元系統內，經過破碎縮分，所需煤樣集A樣品瓶，余煤經余料返回系統進八余料儲存處。同時采樣頭放完煤樣后，又返回到所設采樣點，準備下一煤車采樣。當下一煤車到達采樣點后，啟動采制樣系統，開始采樣，同時集料斗門關閉。
